From craning a state-of-the-art electric vehicle onto a scenic Palm Springs property to orchestrating an exclusive concert for Coachella attendees, this project was a blend of innovation, precision, and artistic flair. For the Coachella Influencer Event with Mercedes-EQ in Palm Springs, I executed a multi-day activation within a one-month timeline. The Mercedes-EQ event at Coachella not only reinforced the brand’s innovative spirit but also underscored my dedication to delivering exceptional experiences that resonate long after the music has stopped.

Conceptualization & Planning
Tasked with a one-month timeline from concept to execution, I produced a multi-day activation that not only showcased Mercedes-EQ’s innovative electric vehicle but also incorporated a high-profile influencer event, an outdoor display tent, and an intimate concert. The challenge began with an ambitious timeline. Within one month, we had to conceptualize, plan, and execute an activation that highlighted the Mercedes-EQ brand ethos and create an unforgettable experience for guests and influencers alike. The focal point of the activation was to crane in a display vehicle onto the property – a logistical challenge that required meticulous planning and coordination with local authorities and vendors to ensure compliance and safety. On the property the team and I looked at how we could transform the intimate room suites into activation spaces for presentations, an influencer panel and concert with SOSUPERSAM and LION BABE.
Execution & Management
With the concept and plans approved, the focus shifted to execution. As we had multiple activations our onsite team needed to turn over spaces and shift the layouts out of site of the guests. Coordinating these movements when the invited guests were off property or asleep allowed for seamless turnover and maintaining the magic of the experience.
The Coachella Influencer Event with Mercedes-EQ was a resounding success. It not only showcased Mercedes-EQ’s commitment to innovation and sustainability through their electric vehicles but also solidified their presence in the lifestyle and entertainment industry. For me, this project was a testament to the power of cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and meticulous project management.
